If your home has an attached Garage, it will come standard with an overhead door that has an R12 insulation rating. You can easily upgrade the insulation value or add windows. Our most common options are shown below, if you don't see what you want, just ask!

The standard door has an insulation rating of R12. The door is a 1-3/8" thick door, with the rectangular panel pattern. It is also available in black at an additional charge.
Installing a thicker R-16 rated door will make your garage easier to heat, and will save energy. Your Overhead door can be upgraded to R16 for a cost of $700 inc HST.
If you want to change up the look of your garage door, you can add windows in different patterns at
additional cost. Prices vary depending on the number of windows and the pattern requested.
